Charmain Stothard is the principal of CCS Lawyers. She is a Juris Doctor (University of Melbourne) and holds a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law). She also holds a Bachelor of Business.  Charmain is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Charmain has been practising since 2005 and predominantly in family law matters since 2007.  Over nearly two decades Charmain has gained a reputation for providing practical, tailored, and sound advice specific to your personal circumstances. Her aim is to remain transparent and respectful in all her dealings and to ensure your matter is handled with empathy and understanding.

From personal experience, Charmain understands that divorce and family law matters are emotionally challenging and financially draining. Charmain’s aim is to reduce the stress and expense of unnecessary litigation, and offer realistic advice and pragmatic solutions, no matter how complex your individual situation.
